Key Dates 2023 Grant Cycle


Below are important dates for our 2023 grant cycle. If there are any changes to the dates below, we will communicate them on this website and/or via e-mail. If you have any questions about the process, please don‘t hesitate to contact us at elizabeth@impact100seattle.org.


January 12

Applications open. Please ensure that your organization meets the criteria described on the application before submitting. More information and detail is available in our 2023 Grant FAQs.

February 7

We held an optional Q&A Session from 12pm-1pm. Click here to watch a video of the session or read a pdf of the presentation (opens in a new window).

February 24

Applications close and must be received by end of day.

April 4

All applicants notified of their status via e-mail. Semi-finalists will be asked to provide availability for a 1 hour zoom call.

April 5 - April 20

Financial review and zoom calls with leadership. All semi-finalists will be asked to provide current year budget, latest financials, and 990‘s if they are not publicly available. 

May 4

Finalists announced, semi-finalists that did not advance will also be notified. All finalists will receive a grant. We aim for one of the grants to be close to $100,000 given over 1-3 years, with additional smaller grants for the other finalists. Our grant review team will reach out with some requests including photos and a video session of approximately one hour, in a location convenient to the organization.

June 5

Annual meeting and vote on funding allocation. The nonprofits will not need to be present during this meeting.  

June 6

Finalists notified of funding amounts. Our finance team will work to transfer the funds as soon as feasible, certainly by end of June.
