2021 Leadership Team
Impact 100 Seattle is a 100% volunteer-run organization. We are fortunate to have a group of amazing women to lead the efforts of our organization. Each of these women contributes a unique perspective, a set of diverse skills, as well as curiosity and openness as she blazes the path for transformational change in our community.
Our Board of Directors is a working board made up of select leadership team members and is responsible for setting strategic vision, policy and for overseeing all activities of the organization.

The Leadership Team consists of members who drive the organization‘s operations, day-to-day decision making and short-term planning in order to uphold and advance the mission/vision of the organization as defined by the Board of Directors.
The Leadership Team is comprised of the Board of Directors and several other committee chairs and leads. The Leadership Team is actively working to recruit, educate and build a strong community among Impact 100 Seattle members. It builds processes that ensure the organization delivers on its mission and vision while abiding by its values.
